HOW TO FIND VISITOR HISTORY IN VISITOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?

Society Guard records visitor in and out to the society, apartment and other places. Whenever visitor enter in society guard need to ask for visitor approval  to allow visitor to enter into society premises. Also, inform visitor if visitor mark an in-appropriate by any resident of society. If same user has arrived to meet particular resident again then he need enter that visitor’s details again. Maintain history of every visitor in one common place is always a better option.

it is very time consuming task for guard also to keeps record of every visitor manually and  there may me possibility data loss also so it would be better if he can save all this data digitally and can search for same data whenever required. Society Guard visitor management system can find all visitor record in history. In history guard has option to search visitor by his name, unique number or mobile number or he can also search record particular date or week or month as well. Just select start date and end date and you will get visitors record for selected date range with all details.

How to view history in society guard?

  1. In society guard home screen click on history button given at the bottom of screen
  2. Enter name, Unique number or mobile number of visitor in search box – visitor record will display for search visitor
  3. Select start date and end date range – – visitor record will display for selected date range
